Position Overview: eshots, Inc. is seeking a talented Account Manager with an entrepreneurial flair. In this
role you will be responsible for the detailed management of the event production process and working with
clients to ensure a successful event. You will also be responsible for revenue growth and retention within
your assigned client base. Our client base includes both Fortune 500 accounts as well as marketing and
event agencies.
Our collaborative client-focused culture, creative solutions, flawless event execution and post-event data
analysis are the cornerstones to our consistent growth at eshots, Inc. As an Account Manager you will wear
many hats, but will focus on driving client satisfaction and high margin projects. You will be expected to
build strong client relationships and work creatively with our customers, agencies, sales team and our
product development team to deliver successful events to the market while achieving strong customer
success ratings. You must thrive in a high-energy, quickly-paced office environment, be an effective
problem-solver and be adept at anticipating and proactively solving problems and recognizing opportunities.
We are seeking an individual who has experienced much success in managing client relationships and
leading projects, but is looking for a new challenge at a smaller, rapidly growing company where they can
make a strong impact. You will be a key asset on our team and in taking eshots to the next level.
Job Responsibilities:
Grow and maintain solid relationships with clients
Work with our production team to ensure solutions are provided on time and within budget
Provide data management, reporting, and analysis for client projects
Analyze data to find trends, make recommendations and identify key insights
Ensure profitability of accounts
Assist with improving corporate operations
Coach and manage direct report(s)
Minimum Requirements:
3 - 5 years of account management experience, preferably interactive or event activation experience
Exceptional organization skills, including the ability to wear multiple hats and juggle competing
responsibilities effectively
Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to identify key findings
Data management, analysis and reporting
Project management
Strong internal and external communication skills
Strong team ethics and an entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude
Proficiency in standard software tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Bachelor’s degree
Willingness to travel
