Position Overview: The Content Manager will work on one of OgilvyEntertainment’s largest accounts in an event production role. In this capacity, this person will assist in the development and execution of event marketing and promotions opportunities, creative development and campaign production. Person must be able to conceive, develop, package, present, produce, deliver and measure impactful creative content ideas in addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the account. Candidate will be a self-starter, motivated and intrinsically creatively minded.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sr. Content Manager of the account in management, creation and development/execution of innovative event promotions and marketing communications packages/solutions.
• Assist in the development of integrated marketing plans that identify key strategies/objectives, roadmaps, success metrics and resources to successfully complete
projects.
• Design and build industry-leading, stylish presentations, show bibles, scripts and storyboards that explain complicated value propositions simply.
• Search out illustrative imagery; footage and other exemplary content that will help bring to life client proposals.
• Identify & cultivate new revenue opportunities for the account.
• Conduct ideation sessions on behalf of the client to provide fresh thinking.
• Develop and present to client the agency POV on event and promotion opportunities, creative development, and production process.
• Provide research results analysis and recommendations as needed.
• Build solid relationships with clients and demonstrate an understanding of their business, key issues, priorities and internal organization.
• Contribute ideas and promote team culture that impact overall team goals and objectives.
• Write and present client presentations including pitches, communications strategies, client briefs, scopes of work and budgets.

Qualifications:
• 4-6 years experience with at least 3 years of relevant event production experience
• Must have event and promotions marketing experience as well as general advertising experience
• Creative sensibility & excellent writing abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or higher a must
• Proven presentation/communication skills
• Excellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, multitasking and motivational skills
• Resourceful, team player, high energy and flexible
• Branded content and entertainment experience a plus
• Design background with proficiencies in 3D CAD, InDesign and Keynote a plus
