Position: Coordinator, Marketing Services
Reports to: Sr. Director, Marketing Services and President & CEO
Position Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to work directly on developing sponsorship proposals and packages, sponsorship sales collateral, managing sales administration, and conducting research for Premier’s sales team.
Responsibilities:
Develop customized sponsorship packages based on sponsor goals and objectives, within the approved client/property guidelines
Provide sales team with appropriate sales materials, proposals and presentations, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Photoshop
Assist sales team with research regarding current and potential clients, various corporations, and general industry information- for example, naming rights and sponsorship details
Run CRM database (Salesforce) reports for assigned accounts as required
Review reports, proposals and other documents with extraordinary attention to detail, consistency and grammar
Contribute to day to day office operations such as mail, opening and closing procedures, and intern management
Assist in administrative tasks for assigned sales accounts, including organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and other special projects
Required Characteristics:
Proven ability to establish and maintain an honest and effective working relationship with the Premier team and our clients
Overall, act as a key member of Premier’s team and become an essential piece in maintaining our position within the industry as a leader in sponsorship sales

Willing and able to travel as needed
Qualifications:
Successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years work experience in sports management, sponsorship sales and activation, marketing or related field. Sponsorship experience at a professional sports team is highly recommended.

Mandatory computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, and CRM software experience. Must have advanced Word and PowerPoint skills.
Compensation:
Commensurate based upon experience
